2005 Year-end Concert

The theme this year was "Under the Sea", and Eu's class dressed up to become sharks! (Happened some two weeks ago :p)

At 姨姨's Wedding

This happened some three weeks ago:

She called me "MOMMY"!

Ah! Tien had finally addressed me with the proper title: Mommy! Mother had called me from home yesterday, while I was in the office, telling me Tien had rashes all over. Tien came to the phone, after mom finished the conversation. I called her name, and she whisper back: Mom-my. I was totally unprepared to hear that and thought I had imagined it. But when I heard mom's praises from the background, I knew she did say mommy! She called me mommy again this morning, while playing. I'm beaming with joy though I'm the second in line to be addressed properly. No, the first person is not daddy, but her bully "kor-kor". Let's see who will be the lucky third person!

Flu jab

Arhhhhh! All private clinics and most polyclinics had run out of the vaccine. Even the new stock which arrived this week was distributed out to don't know where, and private clinics were allocated with limited quantities that were snapped up immediately by those on waiting list. Eu has been getting these flu jabs regularly to help him boost his antibodies. It was especially helpful since he is in the day-care, and tends to get complication when he has a cold. Hopefully we won't need to miss this season jab.

What would you like to eat?

Eu's standard answer: Chicken rice. Other stuff which he will open his mouth happily includes: mushroom soup, any Chinese double boiled soup, milk, coke, ice-cream, KFC chicken popcorn, fries, 水粿 (steamed rice cake), roti prata, spagetti in tomato sauce, fish balls, bread with peanut butter, noodle in soup. Think that's about it. He has never been adventurous when comes to food. Just like his daddy, eat to live. While Tien is just the opposite, like me! Live to eat! And daddy has labelled her as 吃不停 (non-stop eating).
